Unidentified gunmen on Monday struck at a popular hotel in Ajao Estate, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, and carted away millions of naira and dollars belonging to the management and lodgers in the hotel. The robbers struck at May Hotel located at 22, Kaara Street, Ajao Estate at about 2.00 am with sophisticated weapons.
The proposed All Progressive Congress (APC) has appointed Chief Bisi Akande as the interim chairman of the new merger party. Until his appointment, Bisi Akande was the National Chairman of the Action Congress of Nigeria, a major political party that formed the APC Merger.
